Housed in the 126231 36mm case is the Rolex in-house calibre 3235 automatic movement. The 3235 is a newer movement from Rolex and came with significant upgrades. The power reserve has been improved from 40 hours to 70 hours and there were significant gains made in the anti-magnetic protection. Although Omega was first to the party with movements of this stature, Rolex has now gone toe to toe and have excelled with modern movements and manufacturing.
