Join the Valuing Darkness Symposium from 19 - 21 March in Melbourne, a key event for professionals and advocates dedicated to protecting our night skies. Organised by the Australasian Dark Sky Alliance (ADSA) and co-hosted by the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES), International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD), and the Network for Ecological Research on Artificial Light (NERAL), this three-day symposium will explore light pollution's impact on urban planning, ecology, human health, and cultural heritage.
Supported by the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW), this is a must-attend for those passionate about preserving the night.
